- Order Issues: Need tracking help, sizing info, or made a mistake with your order? Message us as soon as possible so we can work our magic.
- Response Time: We Respond to Messages 7 Days a Week, even on Halloween!
Returns & Exchanges 🎁
Sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! Here’s how our return process works:
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- No-Return Zone: Personalized, final sale, or perishable items are not eligible for return.
- How-To: Email us at contacthauntedbunny@gmail.com or use our contact form: with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
- Refunds: Once your return is safely back in our hands, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. (In some cases this may exclude shipping costs or taxes incurred. We can clarify this on a per item basis.
- Exchanges: Want to swap for a different size or style? Let us know in your email, and we’ll help make it happen.
Damaged or & Broken Things 💔
If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund—no spooky strings attached.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
We recommend using a trackable service so your package doesn’t vanish into the void.
